Ice Raptor was frosen on the artic, until Kokonoe found her body and she colected it for reserch after she saw the battle between Raptor, Ragna and Black Raptor, where she colected one of Raptor's feathers, she gave the Ice Raptor Ice powers, along with Raptor's powers.
