Electrosaur looks a bit like Godzilla (because in Flameo vs Ghidorah it's reveled that he had some Godzilla DNA), but blue with less ornate back spines. He has no pupils, 5 fingers on each hand, and some electricity patterns on his body.

Origins[]
A mad scientist named Dr. Chaos found a late surviving dinosaur and purposefully mutated it. He then turned it into a cyborg (which you couldn't tell just by looking at it). The cyborg-ness made it an electric monster, and Dr. Chaos could control it.
