The Andromedans are a race of malevolent aliens from Universe 10500 who are descended from humanity, separated by billions of years of evolution. The Andromedans first appear in the Council of Creators: Side Stories episode Visitors From Another Time, and were created by KoopaGalaxain.

Appearance[]

After billions of years of evolution, the Andromedans lack any systems considered unnecessary to support their giant brains. As such, excluding their brain, Andromedans possess a single heart, contained at the top of their sole appendage in a structure resembling a brainstem, a colossal red eye, and four dark mandibles used for tearing flesh away from deceased 'prey' for consumption. The digestive system of a Andromedan is so efficient that it ends at the creature’s stomach, which is located beneath their heart; anything edible that is consumed is digested and assimilated in full into the Andromedan’s cells, resulting in the ingested material being completely destroyed. The single appendage Andromedans possess, which resembles a spinal cord, can extend to strike opponents from a distance, but is primarily used for terrestrial locomotion. The huge, exposed brain of an Andromedan constantly pulsates as blood is pumped through it.

Visitors From Another Time[]

In this side story to the Council of Creators series, an Andromedan expedition force led by their race's leader, Emperor Kafaros, manages to force their way into Universe 1, storing satellites to construct an Imperator Dyson in their ship's payload. The Andromedans seek to dominate the Solar System and harvest the sun's energy to forge a new empire in Universe 1, but come into conflict with The Creators, who manage to destroy Imperator Dyson and temporarily halt the Andromedan Empire's invasion attempt.

Abilities[]

  • Spinal Appendage (脊椎付属器 Sekitsui Fuzoku-ki?): The spinal cord-like appendage of all Andromedans functions both as a structural support for their bodies and as a highly effective physical weapon, capable of extending to strike opponents from a distance, grapple with opponents, restrict their movement, or even wrap around their neck to cause choking.
  • Psychokinesis (念動力 Nendōryoku?): Andromedans can use their incredible brain power to manipulate and move objects, as well as operate weaponry.
  • Imperator Dyson: A semi-sentient Dyson sphere which serves as a dual-purpose 'star miner' and interstellar battleship. Constructed by satellites housing supercomputers, a single Imperator Dyson can render a star completely drained of energy in a matter of weeks.
  • Neura-Link (ニューラリンク Nyūrarinku?): Every Andromedan's brain can be linked to the mind of another Andromedan to share their thoughts, knowledge and experiences, as seen when Ambassador Yzik linked his brain with that of Emperor Kafaros.
  • Illusory Conjuration (幻想召喚術 Gensō Shōkan-jutsu?): Using their incredible brain power, Andromedans can summon illusions of various giant monsters, as demonstrated when Ambassador Yzik summoned illusions of Raptor Rat, Son, Tremolex and Shocktra to attack the Creators. While these illusions are intangible to opponents, their attacks can physically damage targets and nearby objects.
